What we collect
You choose what to send us. Our forms ask for details such as your name, email, phone number, the address to be painted, your town and ZIP code, how many curbs you have, whether your number is already painted and your message. Painter applications also ask about experience, availability and transportation.
Like most websites, our servers may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. When you send a form, we save the page you sent it from. To stop spam, we also briefly use a scrambled version of your IP address to limit repeat submissions, and that is cleared within a day.

Where it's stored
Form responses are saved on our website's back end and sent to our business email, so we can reply to you. Access is limited to people who need it to do that work.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We may share details with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting and email, and with authorities where the law requires it. We don't show full customer addresses publicly without written consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them unless the law asks us to keep them longer.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies, and you don't need to accept any cookies to use it. If we add analytics, we'll update this page and name the tool.
New Jersey privacy rights
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act gives New Jersey residents rights over their personal data when a business is covered by that law. Whether or not it applies to a business of our size, we aim to honor reasonable requests from anyone in the state. You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you a copy, correct it or delete it, and you can opt out of its sale, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We don't sell personal data or use your form details for targeted advertising.
Email info@newjerseycurbpainters.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll respond within 45 days and tell you if we need more time. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and you can also contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs or the Attorney General's office.
